Project Life 2012: Week Eight

Thank you for the comments about Week Seven. It really means a lot to me that you took the time to stop by and leave a comment. I don’t know how I could have forgotten that Ty lost his first tooth last week! So, I re-did a small journal card for Week Seven and feel a lot better about it. The entire right side of the second page was thrown together with an assortment of out-of-order photos and keepsakes. Getting the lost tooth right makes the Type A in me relax and enjoy the final product a little more. Simple pocket with a pull out of Ty’s new toothless look:

WEEK 8

This week’s layout was the complete opposite of the last, super easy to put together. I think some weeks will just be easier than others…I am really liking the way much of my scrapbook goods collection matches up with the Clementine PL set. I am trying to use my stash and avoid buying more. So far, so good. Left side:

Right side. Funny as I was putting this together, relishing our AMAZING sunny February weather, it was raining. Go figure.

The Deets:

I love the freedom of storytelling Project Life offers. You don’t have to do a photo and journal card. You can tell stories between journal slots…any way you desire:

Thanks for stopping by!

Linking up HERE, so grateful for the extra kick in the pants the weekly link ups offer. I am quite certain I would NOT be caught up if it were not for these posts. Check it out, TONS of awesome inspiration. Amazing to see so many variations of the same project. Love it.

As you know you are my inspiration pretty much in everything but especially PL-wise. 😉 Seeing this just reminds me to keep on top of it and just let the stories and creativity flow and not to give in the pressures that really don’t exist with something as simple as PL. Coffee is currently in hand for hopefully a night of catching up….and if not, definitely this weekend’s. 😉
