Project Life 2012: Week 11

Kept it all super simple this rainy week. The boys had fun making their own forts in the playroom and playing hide and seek…I enjoyed a peaceful morning, in a quiet kid-free house Tuesday, it’s the little things:
More indoor fun while it rained. Cutting, pasting, painting. Trip to the library, included the receipt from the checkout. Friday was St. Patty’s day, Ty wore every single green thing he owned, down to his undies and soccer socks.
Simple title card, one of the boy’s book orders (loved the colors of it), and a fun way to tie together three of the middle journal spots:

Love this layout!! Everything from the Scholastic book order sheet (who doesn’t love book orders?!) to just your simple ‘hide’ with the big ampersand then ‘seek’. 🙂

In particular I love the tape that you have used that has writing on it. Did you do that yourself or have you brought it like that?

The tape with writing = three different types/brands of washi tape. The blue with black print is from the Smash Book collection by K&C Co. The green with the days of the week is from “pretty tapes” on Etsy. And the little red strip, “It’s the little things” is from a collection I got by Amy Tangerine? It’s been a while, I don’t remember. Ask away!! I love talking paper crafty goodness.
